At Psychic Answers for Love, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and products that meet the expectations and satisfaction of our clients. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following refund and return policy. By engaging in any service or making a purchase through our business, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services (Readings, Spiritual Work, Energy Sessions, etc.)

All services rendered by Psychic Answers for Love are considered tangible and personalized in nature. Due to the time, preparation, and energy involved in performing spiritual services, we do not offer refunds after 14 calendar days from the date the service was delivered or scheduled.

Key Service Refund Terms:

• You must notify us of any refund request within 3 days of the service date.

• After 3 days, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

• All services rendered are final.

• If a client is dissatisfied with a service and reports it within the eligible time frame, we may offer a credit or exchange for another service of equal or lesser value at our discretion.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Physical Products (Candles, Crystals, Spiritual Kits, etc.)

We strive to ensure all physical products are described accurately and delivered in excellent condition. Due to the nature of some items (e.g., spiritually charged products, customized kits), not all items are eligible for exchange

Return and Exchange Terms:

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase.

• Items returned due to change of mind or misuse are not eligible for refund.

• Certain spiritual items (such as custom-prepared candles, anointed oils, or used spiritual tools) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• If approved, exchanges will be provided for damaged or defective items. In some cases, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Policy Agreement & Acknowledgement

Before booking any service or making a purchase, customers are required to submit their name, contact information, and confirm agreement to this policy. This ensures both parties understand the conditions of service and purchase.

These services are for personal insights and reflection.

By proceeding with any transaction through Psychic Answers for love website, in person, or through any of our platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

To complete a service booking or product purchase, customers will be prompted to check a box or sign a consent form that reads:

“I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Refund & Return Policy. I understand that services are non-refundable after 14 days and that all tangible items are subject to this policy based on their condition and usage.”

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

• Clear photos if the item was damaged

Once we receive your request, we will review it within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
